Journey through the hills of Galilee to Nazareth, explore the basilica of the Annunciation.
Pass Canna where Jesus performed his first miracle, turning water into wine. On to the Mount of the Beatitude, where Jesus preached the famous Sermon. Then drive to visit Tabgha, where Jesus multiplied the Loaves and the Fishes and visit Capernaum located on the shores of the Sea of Galilee and considered the center of Jesus’ ministry.
After lunch, ascend the Golan Heights.
Enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Sea of Galilee and the Jordan Valley. Descend the scenic serpent road along the borders of Israel, Jordan and Syria.
Our last stop is the Baptismal site on the Jordan River.
2. Jerusalem Old and New
Guarantee departure every Saturday for $ 95.00 per person.
Other days: minimum 4 participants.
Depart Haifa along the coast through Tel-Aviv. Ascend the Judean hills to Jerusalem. From Mt. of Olives. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the walled old city, the Temple Mount with its golden dome mosque. Visit the church of Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus was arrested.
Start a walking tour of the Old City including: the Arab Bazaar, the Jewish Quarter-the Western (Wailing) wall. The Christian Quarter- the Via Dolorosa, The Church of the Holy Sepulcher the site of Jesus crucifixion and burial. Then drive via the Knesset - the Israeli Parliament, the Shrine of the Book where the dead Sea Scrolls are on exhibit.
Tour can end at B.G airport or Tel-Aviv for those who so request.
3. Acco Rosh-Hanikra & Zippori
Price per person: $ 75.00 Minimum: 4 participants
Depart Haifa to Acco - city with 4000 years of history. Visit and explore the crusaders port, the headquarter of the knights of St. John, the long underground passage believed to be an escape tunnel built by the Crusaders, the Ottoman Turkish Bazaar, the beautiful Kahan El-Umdan, and the picturesque Pisan port.
Then drive to Rosh-Hanikra on the Mediterranean. Enjoy a cable car ride to visit the grottos carved into the white choke stone.
Finally drive to visit the Talmudic city of Zippori. See the remains of 2000 years old theatre, a magnificent mosaic floor, in reconstructed roman villa, and colonnaded street.
4. Haifa tour of the Hidden Places
Every Friday evening for $ 49.50 per person including dinner.
Minimum: 4 participants.
Haifa is a center of many religions and believes The tour starts with ‘LEHAIM’ raising a glass of Israeli wine to celebrate the coming of Sabbath.
Now visit a Synagogue - experience preparation of an ultra religious Jewish sect for Sabbath.
Visit the Mosque of Kababir Ahamedi village. Moslem sect opposed to all forms of violence.
Visit the church of Stella Maris, dedicated to the Prophet Elijah.
End the tour with a traditional 3-course Mid Eastern dinner including soft drink/mineral water.
